What the quote form records
The form records your name, contact number, optional email, optional area, selected products, quantities, configuration notes, requirements and consent. It also records a request reference, timestamp and the campaign tags attached to your visit. Do not include national identification numbers, payment PINs, passwords or card details.
What that information is for
When live enquiries are activated, authorized staff use the information to respond to your request, prepare a quote and manage a purchase you choose to make. The form does not subscribe you to marketing and does not authorize an AI agent to buy anything.
Storage and access
Requests are stored on the business server and accessible only through authenticated owner operations. Public product APIs do not expose customer enquiries or supplier contact details. Essential session cookies support the shortlist, security and access to your confirmation. Comparison choices are stored in your own browser. No third-party advertising tracker is installed.
Retention and deletion
The provided housekeeping job removes test enquiries after seven days and inactive enquiries without a linked sale after 30 days. Final retention settings and separate invoice, tax and backup obligations require owner review. Rate-limit identifiers are keyed hashes; they are not public analytics.

The registered operator name and privacy contact have not yet been supplied. Live enquiry collection remains disabled until business details are configured.
